3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted
4. Subscription and Billing
Credit System
- Free users receive 5 credits upon signup with no monthly replenishment
- Basic Plan ($5/month): 50 credits per month with up to 25 rollover credits
- Pro Plan ($10/month): 150 credits per month with up to 50 rollover credits
- Credits are consumed when generating thumbnails
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Use the service for commercial purposes beyond creating thumbnails for your own content
- Share account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property

- You grant us license to process your content to provide our services
- You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
Our Content
- MakeThumbnail's templates, AI models, and platform remain our intellectual property
- Generated thumbnails using our templates may be used for your commercial purposes
- You may not redistribute or resell our templates or AI models
7. Privacy and Data

8. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
- Credits do not expire due to temporary service outages
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeThumbnail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
